Kim Sanders
Kim Sanders was an Australian musician and composer, who passed away in 2013. A pioneer of the Australian world music scene, he played with Llew and Mara in their seminal world music group 'Tansey's Fancy' in the early 1980s. Llew continued to perform with Kim throughout his life in various groups including Kim Sanders and Friends. His album You Can't Get There From Here was nominated in the 2002 ARIA Awards for Best World Music Album.
In 2019, Mara and Kim's partner Linda Dawson published a book of Kim's compositions including many played by KS& Friends, Brassov and other ensembles.
